i-Akaun Services

i-Akaun refers to Member's or Employer's EPF online account. By having this account, the Member or Employer can use the online services offered by EPF.

Member Employer

  Members can:

  1. Request for e-Pengeluaran
  2. Check current and previous EPF statements
  3. Check withdrawal application status and history
  4. Check nomination information
  5. Estimate the eligible amount for withdrawals, savings and investments
  6. Update profile including correspondence address
  7. Check current EPF contribution transactions
  8. Check i-Akaun activities log

  Employers can:

  1. Use the e-Caruman Facility
    • Submission of Form A with Payment
    • Submission of Form A Only
    • Submission of Payment Only

Eligibility to register for i-Akaun

Member Employer

EPF members who own a MyKad and a valid EPF number.

Employers who have a valid EPF Number.

 

i-Akaun Registration

Below are the steps to register for i-Akaun for EPF Members and Employers. 

Member Employer
  1. Visit any EPF Kiosk or Counter to obtain the i-Akaun Activation Code by bringing your MyKad.  
    Member has the option to contact the EPF Call Centre at  03-89226000 from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
  2. Click on i-Akaun Activation at the EPF website within 30 days to activate your i-Akaun using the Activation Code.
 
  1. Representatives who have been appointed to manage the i-Akaun for the employer can visit any EPF counter to obtain the i-Akaun Activation Code using Form KWSP 1 or KWSP 1(i).
  2. Click on i-Akaun Activation at the EPF website within 30 days to activate the i-Akaun using the Activation Code.


Note:  If you have registered for i-Akaun, but have not activated it, click on i-Akaun Activation (Member) or i-Akaun Activation (Employer). If you are an existing i-Akaun user, click on Login to i-Akaun.

 

TAC Activation

TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) will be used for certain transactions in i-Akaun to ensure data security.

An example is when members or employers forgot their User IDs or Passwords. The TAC will be sent via short message service (SMS) when they use the Forgot User ID / Password function.

Steps to activate the TAC are as below:

Member Employer

Members can register their mobile phone numbers at any EPF kiosk or counter or contact the EPF Call Centre at  03-89226000, (8.00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday).

Conditions for TAC activation:

  1. EPF members have registered for i-Akaun
  2. EPF members who have previously registered their mobile phone numbers for TAC can update their numbers at any EPF kiosk or counter

Employers can register their mobile phone numbers in i-Akaun or at any EPF counter.

Conditions for TAC activation:

  1. EPF employers have registered for i-Akaun
  2. EPF employers who have previously registered their mobile phone numbers for TAC can update their numbers in i-Akaun or at any EPF counter using Form KWSP 1(i).
